Wines
Our family carries out all the wine-making procedure. Every cluster is cared for on the vine, harvested by hand, and accompanied along its way to the bottle.
The entire vinification procedure is monitored internally, including the sparkling process according to the Martinotti method, ageing, and bottling. Moreover, we directly manage the distribution of our wines throughout Europe and worldwide. The development of a sustainable cultivation of vineyards has always been of the utmost importance to us.
This is why, together with universities and research centres, we have initiated a mass selection process, thanks to which we recover the best stock of our oldest vines to create the plants for the new vineyards. We selected this traditional reproduction method because it enables us to bring healthy plants to life, plants that are perfectly suited to our environment and so capable of guaranteeing high-quality grapes that express the character of our territory. Our ultimate goal? Contributing to the conservation and increase of the biodiversity of our environment.
